It’s natural for our brain to think in worst case scenarios. It’s a protective mechanism that has helped us for thousands of years.
Yet, when we go over the same negative thoughts over and over again it starts to wear on us mentally, emotionally, and even physically.
We start to lose sleep, we can’t make decisions easily, and we even start to lose our patience with the people around us.
So then, what can we do to go from Problem Oriented Thinking to thinking more creatively and abundantly?
We need to do two things.
One, create awareness that our thoughts are not as logical as it appears (after all the future hasn’t happened yet)!
Two, create curiosity so that we can learn what this is REALLY about deep inside.

The biggest reason why we feel stuck in a specific feeling for far too long is because of something called the Stuck Emotion Cycle.
Most people unknowingly think that they are genuinely trying to understand a feeling by THINKING about it, analyzing it over and over again, inside their brain.
But what we forget when we do this, is that feelings also live inside your body.
